Transpower is intending to approach the market to seek Information Technology based managed services. This Notice of Intent is to advise that Transpower will issue a Registration of Interest (ROI), seeking the services detailed below from the open market, by end of March 2020.
The ROI will be posted on Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS), www.gets.govt.nz
EXPECTED SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Managed services relating to Infrastructure and End-user services
The Infrastructure and End-user services includes the management and support of Transpower’s Corporate and Critical infrastructure. This includes Desktops, Servers, Hardware, Storage, Microsoft products, Database technologies, Virtualisation, Identity and Proxy services. The IT Service Management component consists of aggregation services which includes, but is not limited to, Incident and Problem management.
