This procurement relates to the procurement of IT Service and Asset Management (ITSM and ITAM) Software solution.
The Transition Core ITSM Toolsets project has been established to remediate the current out of support IT Service and Asset Management ITSM tools which provide support to the Change Management and Asset Management functions of Service Management. In addition to providing a project framework for the lifecycle replacement, Transpower IST has a wider requirement to provide a holistic view of Transpower’s current IT Service Management functions.
The project will select a supplier who will recommend, supply, implement and transition Transpower to a software product(s) that meets Transpower’s current and future ITSM needs. The software product will need to be capable of delivering the functionality as defined in Transpower’s ITSM toolset Catalogue. (Shown in section 3.4 of ROI document).
