The Scope of Supply of the Plant and on-site assembly or supervision of assembly is as described in Parts VI, VII and VIII of the Technical Specification and incorporates but is not limited to the following:

a) The design, supply, delivery to site, and on-site assembly or supervision of assembly of the two cooling towers for SC9 - Synchronous Condenser machine, associated pipe works, values, pumps, fans and instrumentation.
b) Commissioning of the cooling towers.
