Office Refurbishment Hall Road, Hamilton
Transpower is seeking interest from Main Contractors to provide construction and management services for delivery of:
1. Remodelling of internal spaces to provide open plan work spaces, meeting rooms and support services.
2. Interior refurbishment including demolition and new walls, doors and glazing, painting, kitchens and bathrooms, joinery, flooring, ceilings, lighting, and reconfiguration of building services to suit (air conditioning, electrical, data cabling and fire detection and protection, access control systems).
3. Exterior works including the removal of an existing glass roof and replacement with metal profile, concrete demolition and new concrete and paving to a new building entry point, excavation paving and drainage to a new car parking area.
