An evaluation of the concept design submissions presented for this project has identified that some aspects of the designs require further clarification to fit within the profile of the desired outcomes for this project.

We require interested parties to present revised concept designs that adhere to the Scope documents submitted in the attachments to this RFP and which also formed part of the document package issued with the previous RFP.

Revised submissions should focus on 3 key aspects: Concept Design for a single 4 unit toilet block placed in the location indicated in the Civic Space Concept document, the overall project budget and the Heritage nature of the overall Strathallan Corner site.
