Overview
This Contract is for the annual road resurfacing programmes for Timaru District Council for 2024/25 and 2025/26.
The scope of this contract includes:
• Assessing the most economic treatment for each resurfacing site and providing alternative options including a single coat seal where this is viable.
• Resealing using bitumen emulsion of urban and rural roads with chip seal in accordance with TNZ P/17 in the Timaru District.
• Asphaltic concrete surfacing of urban and rural roads in accordance with TNZ P/9 and NZTA M/10 in the Timaru District.
• Reinstatement of road markings (Painted Pavement Marking & Raised Pavement Markers)
