Overview
The scope of this Contract is for the maintenance of grassed areas, communal gardens, roads, paths, gutters, sumps, trees and shrubs associated with Timaru District Council (TDC) owned Social Housing Units located in the Timaru District.
To allow for the maximum flexibility in proposals submitted for this RFP these properties have been divided into 3 Groups
• Timaru / Pareora
• Temuka / Pleasant Point
• Geraldine
