Overview

Aoraki Roading Collaboration (ARC) invites expressions of interest for an individual to be considered for the role of Project Facilitator. This role potentially includes responsibilities to undertake the associated roles of Maintenance Contract Consistency Coordinator (MCCC) and Engineer to Contracts.
The person engaged may be a sole practitioner working as a Consultant or a specific employee from within a Consultancy organisation.

In the interests of Collaboration on Roading Matters on local roads there is a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in place between the Ashburton, Mackenzie, Timaru and Waimate District Councils.
The MoU details Specific Collaboration Aspects and Objectives which implies the need for continuous improvement and to be at the leading edge of industry best practice in asset management and network operations.
A key aspect of MoU implementation is the role of Project Facilitator. This role is currently outsourced.
The terms of engagement will be based on the Conditions of Contract for Consultancy Services.

The term of engagement will be to 30 September 2021 which aligns with the term of the MoU.

Registrations of Interest should include a Curriculum Vitae of the individual proposed for the role along with a brief statement of any relevant information for undertaking the role as outlined in the scope of services.

Registrations (via Tender box) close on Friday 20 September 2019 at 12:00pm and will be received on behalf of ARC by Timaru District Council, attention Ashley Harper, Group Manager Infrastructure.
