Overview
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select and appoint a project management services provider for the proposed upgrade of the Theatre Royal, the development of a new Heritage Facility (to provide exhibition space for the South Canterbury Museum and touring exhibitions), and related works, on behalf of Timaru District Council. The appointed project manager will be required to take this proposed development from planning and concept design through to completion of construction and handover.
