Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre is seeking proposals from industry leading suppliers to supply Beer for the venue.
The intention is that the supply of beer will be awarded to a supplier or suppliers (panel).
• Beers that are brewed in or around the Canterbury region are encouraged. Bottling and distribution locations are also taken into consideration.
• With three tiers of beverage package pricing to consider we expect submitted pricing to remain competitive and will not be considering pricing over $4.50 per can for the top tier level.
• Any international branded proposed beer should be priced as close to $2.00 (ex GST) per can/bottle as possible.
• Beer in cans (preferred) or bottles should be no larger than 330mls.
• Keg size of 30ltr preferred, however 50ltr will be considered.
• Beers should be close to or under 5% ABV. We also must provide a low and zero-alcohol option to our clients.
• Beer Styles requested – Lager, Pilsner and Ales (Hazy, IPA, APA etc.)

Please note that following the evaluation for the Supply of Beer RFP, the contract for the Supply of Goods to Te Pae Christchurch has been awarded to the following respondents.
The contract will be for a period of two years beginning 1st May 2025, with 1-year optional right of renewal.
