Specifications for this RFP are as follows:

King Salmon (NZ)
Fresh or Saltwater Farmed

• Along with requiring whole fresh salmon the respondent should also be able to supply filleted and deboned with skin on and off options.
• Waste and secondary products will also be used throughout the contract period; Heads, Frames, Wings and Skin etc.
• Alongside this a supply of portioned and smoked salmon products/options are preferred but are not a requirement.
