Overview

This Request for Proposal is the first stage of a two-step procurement process.
For this first step, Project Maunga is looking to engage a supplier to provide manufacturing, supply, and installation services for internal and external signage for the Renal Building and Energy Centre, with installation anticipated to occur between July and October 2022. We are looking for a supplier with demonstrated:
• experience in deploying accurate signage and installation services into a complex healthcare environment and in accordance with TDHB’s design and wayfinding principles,
• technical and service capability to execute the developed signage requirements to high industry standard,
• high-quality signage that is manufactured to an environmentally friendly (low-impact) standard;
• ability and willingness to work with the DHB’s third-party architects, project managers, and artists to deliver a quality outcome;
• the ability with staff and technology to meet the existing Renal and Energy Centre signage deployment timeframe to high-quality standards,
• Quality, capacity, and capability to manage similar signage services in 2023/2024 for the larger, more-complex New East Wing Building (NEWB); and
• Management of outcome- based contracts.
