Last year you responded to our Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) for a regional Electronic Prescribing and Administration (ePA) solution, including Medicines Reconciliation, to be implemented throughout the inpatient settings at the Te Manawa Taki (TMT – former Midland) District Health Boards (DHBs).

Following the REOI, you were invited to give a demonstration of your solution, which was given in April 2019 in Hamilton.

The results from the REOI and the demonstrations have been evaluated and now we would like to invite you for a Request for Proposal (RFP).


This procurement relates to the delivery of an integrated ePA/MedRec pilot programme at the Taranaki DHB Hawera Hospital, for a clinical duration of four months.

During this pilot, the system will be assessed against the Te Manawa Taki (Midland) regional requirements as listed in the RFP documentation.
