Overview
Taranaki District Health Board (TDHB) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide Pre-Construction Services for its capital works developments as part of the next phase of the Taranaki Base Hospital Redevelopment, known as Project Maunga Stage 2.
The successful Respondent will be appointed as the Preferred Contractor in the Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) and will be able, subject to meeting any conditions in that agreement, to provide the Tender Deliverables at the relevant Milestones for undertaking the Projects: 1. Seismic Risk Management Plan (SRMP) including Energy Centre, Computer Room 4 (CR4), Renal Dialysis Unit, 2. Enabling Works, 3. New East Wing Building (NEWB)
