Growth in northern areas of Taupō continues to increase with the control gates bridge being the main connection point into Taupō CBD. Traffic volumes near the control gates
bridge continue to increase which is causing pressure on existing infrastructure. Network resilience has been highlighted as a risk due to the importance of the
connection of the northern area communities to Taupō CBD.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified Consultants to submit a Proposal for the Taupō District Council (TDC) Northern Access Requirements
development.
