Overview
The project includes the construction of a Roadside safety barrier system on a corner near 164 Whangamata Road to
protect road users from falling down high banks. In order to achieve this, road widening on both sides of the and a
culvert extension are required. The widening site is 198m long and the is a small batter to cut to the north of the site.
There is also a small pavement repair to be completed in conjunction with the widening.
