Tauranga City Council invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision, implementation, and ongoing support of a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Human Resources and Payroll solution, including a managed payroll service, to support the establishment and operation of the new Water Organisation commencing on 1 July 2027.

The solution will support approximately 220 employees and provide core HR, payroll, employee and manager self-service, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and reporting and analytics capabilities.
