The current plant is dated and does not achieve a level of comfort Baycourt theatre’s patrons warrant.

There will be a compulsory site inspection on Thursday 21st August 2014 at 9am. Please meet in the foyer at Baycourt. Quotes will only be considered from Respondents who attend this meeting.
