Tauranga City Council invites proposals for TC11/24: The Strand Waterfront Playground - Specialised Playground Structures – Design, Supply & Installation.
The Buyer’s vision is to partner with an experienced Specialist Playground Contractor with the skill and capacity to successfully deliver unique and custom-designed play towers. These play towers will serve as a prominent feature within the Strand Waterfront Playground area, adding to its overall fascination and appeal.
TCC requires a highly experienced and competent Supplier to provide the Design, Supply and Installation services of three play towers to form part of a wider play space design. The play elements included in the scope of work are:
• Senior Tower x 1.
• Junior Towers x 2
The scope of the project deliverables includes, but are not limited to:
• Design and supply of bespoke playground structures
• Installation of bespoke playground structures
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a landmark community project that will further develop and enhance Tauranga’s envisioned leisure offering, also providing a platform to participate in an extraordinary exhibition of the successful creation of a bespoke playground that rivals the excellence of top-notch playgrounds throughout Aotearoa.
