Tauranga City Council invites proposals for this contract . We are looking for a cleaning supplier for Mount Maunganui Beachside Holiday Park, who understands the requirements and the high standards that we are seeking. Mount Holiday Park has peak and off peak seasons in which we would need the supplier to be able to provide seamless delivery during the busy holiday periods as well as maintaining the high standard of cleanliness during the quieter months. The cleaning schedule is variable depending on the occupancy rate.
Based on the fluid nature of the requirements, this opportunity would ideally be suited to a SME (Small Medium Enterprise). As well as providing cleaning services during set hours, we are also looking for a contractor that is highly flexible and agile with the ability to respond in a quick and timely manner to any additional cleaning issues that may arise due to possible unexpected customer issues.
