Overview
Tauranga City Council invites tenders for this contract for which the works & services include removal of the existing timber framed access ramp on the southeastern side, and will be replaced with a new disabled accessible ramp. Inside of the building will have new partitions replaced to form a kitchen, accessible WC and lobby space. New plumbing will also be required to serve the kitchen sink, WC WHB and hot water cylinder. Along with this, new flooring is required, and all interior spaces are to be painted. External maintenance work is also required, including guttering, general repairs and painting.
The plans prepared by Jig-Saw Architects articulate the scope well.
