The purpose of this Advance Notice is to inform suppliers of the upcoming release of a Request for Tender (RFT) for a new construction services panel.

This will be a single-stage process.

Indicative timeframes:

RFT anticipated to be released in February 2023 with a 6-week tender
period (on TenderLink tenderlink.com/Tauranga)

Interviews will be held with selected tenderers prior to contract award

Panel awards anticipated during May / June 2023 with first packages of
work available from July 2023 onwards
