Details of this ROI:
Tauranga City Council invites registrations for this contract for which the works requested by TCC is for the demolition of Blocks E and F only at Pitau Elder Village.
All other blocks have been removed from site and do not form part of any future scope.
All services will be disconnected at the boundary and the in-ground services will be abandoned. Disconnection will be commence before the contract start date.
The Pitau Elder Village units contain asbestos, therefore the demolition contractors will have to work closely with a qualified asbestos removalist company and an independent assessor during demolition.
Air monitoring during the time of demolition is a requirement.
