Overview

The purpose of this Advance Notice is to inform suppliers of upcoming release of Procurement Opportunity for Project Management Professional Services for the above contract.

The anticipated release date of the Request for Proposal is 5th October 2020 on Tenderlink at www.tenderlink.com/tauranga

TCC is delivering a programme of walking and cycling enhancements on its reserves across the City, with significant investment planned for the this financial year (end of June 2021).

Due to the constrained timeframe, TCC will be engaging the professional services of a Project Manager to assist TCC's Project Manager to deliver the programme of enhancements.

Services required include (but are not limited to) preparation and management of a programme for the works to ensure budget is spent within the required timeframes, management of construction contractors engaged by TCC, management of engagement and planning specialists engaged by TCC, regular meetings, regular reporting, ensuring the delivery complies with all legislative requirements and TCC's policies

Key requirements of the successful tenderer include:

Ability to provide resource as and when required, whilst there is likely to be a
minimum number of hours each week, there will likely be periods when a full time
resource is required. The successful Tenderer must be able to commit to a unpredictable workload.
