Tauranga city Council (TCC) is planning to construct a new bioreactor at its Te Maunga Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Design is in the detailed design phase and procurement of construction services will be by way of a traditional measure and value model.
Ground conditions are poor and prone to liquefaction. The groundwater table is high. As a consequence TCC will be procuring ground improvement services and bioreactor construction services under separate contracts.
This RFI is for the construction of the 2nd bioreactor (essentially the above ground construction)
