These wonderful character buildings are home to over 50 businesses including shops and community organisations. Complex 1 is home to many small businesses, shops and community projects. It is situated within the heart of the village.

The scope of this contract works is to remove and replace various roof types and cladding compositions across Complex 1 and part of Complex 2 including, flashings, gutters and rain water heads and down pipes. There are also sections of asbestos cladding to be removed and new cladding replaced to Complex 1 with upper level decks to be repaired.
