Tauranga City Council invites proposals for the supply of electricity. Single supplier for the supply of electricity and this can be on a fixed price with a variable volume or on a spot basis. In the event fixed price supply is accepted no further contracts will be required and if spot price supply is accepted, additional contracts to hedge to a ‘fixed price’ for the energy component will be required.
