Tauranga City Council invites proposals for this contract.
We are seeking a provider that is able to develop a comprehensive housing needs assessment. The assessment will need to analyse and report on housing demand and supply, and articulate a comprehensive suite of recommended actions to secure the housing our community needs, now and in the future. The provider must have in depth knowledge of housing supply mechanisms and innovations that can be applied across all sectors.
