No 54 and 48 Portside Drive, Mount Maunganui
Installation of drainage infrastructure, reconstruction of driveways/hardstand, construction of a concrete channel to improve the existing overland flow path, adjustment of existing services and other miscellaneous civil works.
No 57 Tukorako Drive, Mount Maunganui
Re-contouring (minor earthworks) of the existing overland flow path, adjustment of existing services and other miscellaneous civil works.
