Tauranga City Council invites proposals for this contract for which the services comprise General Building and Facility Maintenance Services, HVAC, Fire Compliance and Fire Systems maintenance and Marine Structure Maintenance Services. The work will involve both Planned and Reactive Maintenance.

Respondents will be expected to familiarise themselves with the sites included in this contract and must not access any residential or Elder Housing Village sites at any time.

Respondents must comply with all requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
