Overview

Tauranga City Council will be releasing a Request for Proposal in Mid November for their Facilities Maintenance Services Contract.

Tauranga City Council currently own and maintain over 500 buildings and around 19 Marine Facilities around the Tauranga City area and are looking for a supplier who can deliver a wide range of FM Hard and Technical services including but not limited to the following trades such as:

Electrical
Plumbing and drainage
Glazing
Auto door servicing
General building works
Painting
Building exterior washing
HVAC
Fire Compliance
Marine Structure Maintenance Services.
