Tauranga City Council (“TCC”) owns two parking buildings in the Tauranga city centre. The buildings are located at Elizabeth Street and Spring Street respectively. TCC is converting the buildings to automated self pay stations for cost efficiency and to provide for greater flexibility to opening hours (evening and Sunday parking) and is looking to purchase new parking and revenue control equipment.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to invite external companies to submit their proposals to (TCC) for the provision of off street car park automation equipment and on-going maintenance together with information on their skills, products, services and experience in providing such services/products, the selection of one (or more) proposals for further negotiation and the entry into a contract with the successful party.
