Overview
The Council wishes to appoint external contractors to provide Building Consent Authority (BCA) and Territorial Authority (TA) services to assist when internal resources do not have capacity.
All services must be carried out to meet the requirements of the Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulations 2006 to meet statutory requirements, in line with the Buyers Quality Management System.
The Council is looking for providers who have the capability, experience and resources to deliver the services, to be able to follow the Buyers Quality Management System and work within their consenting system.
The Council requires open communication and collaboration to support continuous improvement.
