The Principal Tasman District Council is inviting tenders for Contract 1690 Saxton Green New Play Space – Design

The scope of the work is fully described in the attached tender document. This relates to the design and construction monitoring for a new inclusive and accessible playground at Saxton Green, Richmond/Stoke - the key items of work are;

- Progress the basis of design and high-level layout plan already completed through consultation with our community and iwi partners
- Continue consultation in partnership with the Council and develop final concept, detailed design and tender documents (including construction drawings)
- Assist with procurement, construction management and defects monitoring.
