The Principal Tasman District Council is inviting tenders for Contract 1585 Richmond RRC new offices.

The scope of the work is fully described in the attached tender document, and key items of work are -

This is a design and build project which can be a prefabricated structure for a new office building. We are going to improve the working environment for staff at the Richmond RRC, by replacing the old worn-out offices for new contract. This project is a design and build construction for a new office building at the Richmond RRC, 14 Fittal Street. The building will have 6 single offices, 1 office to accommodate three staff, 1 meeting room, 2 toilets, 1 shower a reception and a small storeroom. The project includes all foundations, service connections, consents and permits.
