Tasman District Council (the Council) is currently reviewing its Regional Policy Statement and Resource Management Plans. The intent is to produce a single combined plan with the title Aorere ki uta Aorere ki tai – Tasman Environment Plan (TEP). The TEP will be the blueprint for how we grow as a district, and use and care for our land, air, and water; ki uta ki tai (from the mountains to the sea).

The Council wishes to establish a panel of external providers for the provision of planning and technical services to the Council in relation to the development of the TEP.
