The Principal, Tasman District Council, is inviting tenders for Contract 1120 – Stafford Drive and Aranui Rd Water and Wastewater Upgrades.

The scope of the work is fully described in the attached tender document, and key items of work are:

• Construction of approximately 3.5km of water main
• Construction of approximately 2.4km of wastewater rising main
• Construction of a new wastewater pump station at 69 Stafford Drive, including installation of new underground storage tank
• Upgrade of an existing pump station at Ruby Bay, including installation of new underground storage tank
• Construction of a new gravity wastewater main running from 72 Stafford Drive to 69 Stafford Drive
• Decommissioning of the existing pump station at 72 Stafford Drive.
