The Tararua District Council (TDC), in collaboration with Downer New Zealand under the Tararua Alliance, is seeking information from suppliers capable of providing sump cleaning and maintenance services across the Tararua District.

The potential requirement covers approximately 751 sumps, and Council is using this RFI to understand the depth of the supplier market, available capability and capacity, geographic coverage, mobilisation requirements, and potential delivery and commercial models.

Suppliers do not need to be capable of servicing the entire network to respond. Local and regional operators, specialist contractors, and suppliers interested in servicing part of the programme are encouraged to participate.
