Hauora Tairāwhiti requires property valuations to be determined by a New-Zealand-based Registered Valuer both for financial reporting and for insurance renewal purposes.
1. The valuations are to be as at 01 July 2018.
2. Hauora Tairāwhiti has a 3 year cycle for its Financial Reporting valuation of property assets. The last full valuation exercise was undertaken in 2015, including on-site inspection and measurement, which was conducted in January 2015, and Hauora Tairāwhiti is able to supply a schedule (worksheet) detailing the properties and the majority of the site information required (as listed below).
3. In preparation for the taking the July 2018 Insurance renewal to market.
4. Hauora Tairāwhiti requires the Insurance Valuation Report no later than Friday 30th January 2018 to provide to potential Insurers, and the Financial Reporting Valuation Report no later than 31st March 2018.
