Hauora Tairawhiti requires a Turnkey proposal to replace the existing theatre lights & install a further 3 pendant arms into theatres 1, 2 and 3.
Proposals are to include design, supply, installation, test, commission of all pendants, structural steel design, medical gas connection, power supply & gas scavenging to theatres 1, 2 & 3. Pay all fees required for structural steel, electrical & medical gas sign off & inspections. Removal from the theatres of the existing theatre lights & fixed ceiling bollards are to be included.
Allow for any remedial works to the existing ceilings & walls affected by the installation.
The installation will have to be well planned with minimum downtime to each theatre, all contractors’ staff will require a site induction. Our infection control rules will also apply.
Note electrical work must comply with the cardiac protection standards.
