Overview
The work includes 3 seprable portions of work
• Construct a new single story Madical Day Unit that connects to the existing Tui Te Ora building and Medical Technical Department
• Alter the existing Day Ward to for the Woman’s Health Clinic
• Minor alterations to the existing Medical Technical Department
The work includes all site works including car parking, partial demolition of existing buildings, supply of all labour, materials & expertise to successfully complete the new building work & the building alteration work. Includes altering existing & new services.
The work is described in this specification, associated plans, room data sheets, contract documents and also inclusive of a site specific safety plan.
