South Waikato District Council invites suitably experienced and resourced Civil Contractors to submit Expressions of Interest to participate in a competitive tender for the earthworks, civil infrastructure (including water supply, stormwater management, transportation and lighting) and landscaping associated with a 11 lot residential subdivision.
Please refer to the attached scheme plan.
A review will be carried out by SWDC to identify the most suitable candidates in terms of experience and capability to deliver the works. A shortlist of approximately 4 businesses may then be asked to provide a tender for the site works.
Confirmation of your interest in the project should be accompanied by some information on your business and it's capability and should include the following:
• Construction methodology, programme
• Comment on client’s budget ceiling
• Risks / opportunities identification
• Proposal for method of collaboration with the design team and client
• Details of the contractor’s project team
• Schedule of rates for common construction elements
