Overview
The Council wants to shape the future of the South Waikato District (the District) so that it is a great place to live, work and play maximising opportunities for growth and improving the vibrancy of its towns, while taking into consideration the aspirations of iwi and the communities located here. We are looking for a master plan that will provide •A Growth Strategy for the entire District, and:•Town Concept Plans for Tokoroa, Putāruru and Tīrau. We expect a team of consultants will work alongside our Economic Development, Strategy & Engagement, and Planning teams to engage with communities within each town.
