Overview
This contract covers performance-based resealing and second coat sealing across the South Taranaki District Council network over a three-year term, with the option to extend for an additional two years (+1/+1).
This Contract strictly applies to the supply and application of sprayed cutback bitumen only. The use of bitumen emulsion is excluded from this Contract.
Any tender submitting a methodology or product specification that includes bitumen emulsion shall be deemed a non conforming tender and will be excluded from further consideration.
All sealing work shall be carried out in accordance with NZTA P/17:2012, Performance Based Specification for Reseals.
