This Registration of Interest (ROI) is for the provision of construction and fit out services associated with Scion’s ‘L’ Block Level 1 - Redevelopment.
Scion Research is a Crown Research Institute located on their Campus at 49 Sala Street, Rotorua. ‘L’ Block is the administration wing for the Institute and Scion are currently designing a fit-out for Level 1, only. The first floor will undergo an internal fit out to create open plan office areas around the building perimeter. Meeting rooms, quiet rooms and collaboration spaces will be created primarily in the building core.
The proposed fit-out area totals approx. 1500sqm on Level 1 of Building L, which is a three level building of mid to late 1970s construction, comprising a Basement / Lower Ground Level, Ground Level and First Floor.
The fit-out includes a substantial amount of bespoke joinery items and the Contractor will need to nominate ytheir sub-contractor as part of this RoI process.
