Overview

We need to select a Licensing Solution Partner (LSP) that is a reputable, industry-leading partner under the Microsoft Cloud, Software and Services Agreement (MCSSA), with the ability to offer Enterprise Agreement (EA) and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) options, as well as reseller services for other off-the-shelf software. In addition, the LSP must have the capability and capacity to deliver a comprehensive SAM tool as part of its service, ensuring accurate and up-to-date software information.

The outcomes we want to achieve are establishing and building a partnership relationship with the successful supplier that is trusted, consultative and value driven. This will support us to achieve our key requirements:

• Reduction in cost of software for the business

• Ease of fulfilment of business requests for software

• Compliance with software licenses

• Proactive advice on software maintenance and/or subscription renewals.

Microsoft licensing and support are critical for our core operations, and any disruption would affect service delivery. In addition, the combination of LSP and SAM services is a strategic enabler for compliance, cost control, security, and digital transformation.

We want to establish and build a medium-to-long-term partner relationship with a high degree of trust, open communication, and collaborative problem solving with strong capability and capacity.
