• This notice is an update to the advance notice that was published on 20 Dec 2023. The target date to release the Survey Tool RFP was 16 January 2023. This date is now replaced with a new target date, to release the RFP documents, of 19th January 2024. All relevant dates, including the close date, will be included within the RFP document.
• Statistics New Zealand Tatauranga Aotearoa (Stats NZ) is seeking a supplier(s) to meet Stats NZ’s requirements for a Survey Tool, which is to be delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS). The purpose of this procurement is to assess whether there are any commercially available survey tools capable of meeting our requirements.
• The procurement method will be an open market Request for Proposal (RFP) including an assessment of proposals against Stats NZ functional and non-functional requirements to determine a shortlist of potential respondents. Shortlisted respondents will then be invited to demonstrate their solutions to the Evaluation Panel. If approved, we will then progress to the next stage of the procurement process.
