Stats NZ is seeking SaaS AI technology to modernize our candidate screening process. Our aim is to eliminate bias from initial candidate assessments, in line with Te Kawa Mataaho's guidance. We intend to replace manual CV and cover letter reviews with AI-powered text/chat interviews, streamlining the process and aligning with Stats NZ's competencies. This approach prioritizes assessing the individual behind the application, promoting equal opportunities for all candidates.
