Overview
Statistics NZ uses data tabulation software for aggregating and cross-tabulating data, and analysing and displaying the data in a meaningful way.
The tool(s) must be able to be used internally by Stats NZ users and externally by customers to select, refine and aggregate data, including export of that data.
The tool(s) must also allow the data to be visualised as formatted tables, graphs, maps and other useful visualisations.
Tool(s) must include a process to develop new visualisations of data internally which can then be published for public use.
