This is Notice of Information is advance notice that Stats NZ's intends to release in May 2021, a Request for Proposals (RFP) for tools to support it to use the document governance and management capabilities in its existing Microsoft 365 tenant.
The tools must be proven, used by other NZ Government agencies, provided as a cloud-based subscription services (SaaS), and otherwise meet Stat NZ’s requirements which will be described in the RFP (to be released). Stats NZ will also require a well-structured training programme to support Stat NZ’s staff to use the tools effectively, and ongoing support.
No reply to this Notice of Information is necessary. It is advance notice only. Note this notice expires on 14 May. Stats NZ anticipates issuing the RFP before that date. Please refrain from asking questions until the RFP is issued and you have considered it. All Proposals must be submitted by uploading them to the RFP listing on GETS (created once the RFP is issued).
